Is there a USB jump drive out there that can be used on Macs and PC's? I am working with word documents (Office for Mac), but would like to be able to transfer the document back and forth between Mac and PC without having to reformat the USB drive everytime I want to do it. I have one now, but if Windows sees it, then the Mac won't and vice versa. It says I have to reformat for one or the other.

Any of them will work with Macs and PCs. You just need to be sure it's formatted FAT32.

FAT32 is a file system that both Mac and PC support, and so it should do well for this. I have two USB sticks, from two different manufacturers, both formatted for FAT32, and I use them interchangeably for transfers between my work laptop and my Mac. No issues.
