No sweat! I use mine all the time. You mean the external Firewire interfaced iSight, right? That is what I have and it works like a champ.
Do yourself a favor though and get eCamm's iGlasses, a sort of Preference Panel for the iSight that lets you adjust sensitivity, brightness, contrast, etc. Makes the iSight much more usable in low light conditions. You can get iGlasses at:
