Here are the specs to my G5 OSX 10.3.9

>>> 1.6ghz Power PC 970 (g5)
>>> 256mb ram expandable to 4gb PC2700 8-byte
>> nonparity 184pin DDR
>>> SDRAM (matched pairs)
>>> Radeon 9800 video card - and one additional video
>> card available
>>> used to drive an apple ADC display
>>> 80gb hard drive (2 bays avail)
>>> 4x superdrive (single layer dvd capable)
>>> Keyboard & Mouse
>>> OSX "Panther"
>>> AirPort Extreme card and antenna

I already maxed out the ram...But I want to be able to use it with programs like Logic 8, Reason 4, Photoshop CS2, Flash 8...

I have the same machine and use all of the apps you listed and then some. There is no reason why the machine won't be able to handle any of that the way it is right now. I have 3 GB of RAM in mine and everything runs smoothly with no problems at all.

Hardware-wise, mine is the same. I have Tiger (OS X 10.4.11) installed on my machine, though. All you would have to do is update the OS. You can find retail versions of Tiger for sale on craigslist, eBay and other third-party reseller sites.
