Does anybody know where I can download TV shows like Lost and The Office?

You can watch full episodes of each of those you mentioned on their respective TV network websites for free! 
I think Lost is still on iTunes, but The Office was pulled when NBC and Apple got in a tiff about pricing and NBC pulled all their shows from iTunes. As far as I know, NBC isn't selling their shows anywhere else.
