Hi Im am a new Member and I have a youtube channel and I want to put Mac OS X intro and Apple ads without getting in trouble for copyrighting,ect. Anyone know how to?

The answer is that you can't legally do that without permission from Apple.

But why bother, haven't others already done it. Let them take possible flack for those actions.
