different displays, different icons shown?

any way to do this?

id like to have a bunch of icons on my external screen. shortcuts, all that sort of stuff.

when i unplug the external, and use the macbooks lcd, id like it to hide the junk


any ideas?

You could put the icons in a folder and place it on the bottom of the dock.
Just open when needed.

not really what i want to do. if thats what i wanted id do a stack, which i have. anyone any ideas?

that may end up being what i have to do.

i have all sorts of school icons, that unless on the campus wifi, dont work. Things like "shares" and such. anyways. ill probably create a school user acct, and just have them on there.

a stack can do what i want i suppose too, but id rather have them all over the desktop.
