I bought my iMac last spring, after my dell died. I was told the mother board failed.
I have two 160GB sata 2 HDs, from my old dell. I want to use one to clone the HD on my iMac using SuperDuper. I did a search, and found out about SuperDuper, and something about not being able to connect any thing larger than 127GB with firewire. Is there any way to use usb on a sata 2 HD.

I am not sure where you read that. I use a 250 GB Firewire interfaced external hard drive for my backups. Works like a charm.
