Address Book Help!!

I'm having trouble copying address book files which i was using on 10.4, i am now using 10.5

I have my address book directory and library preferences backed up

Please correct me if i am doing it wrong

This is where my settings were storedon 10.4:

users>MY NAME>Library>Application Support>Address Book

There are also two preferences which i copied from:

users>MY NAME>Library>Preferences>com.apple.addressbook.adb.plist and com.apple.addressbook.plist

I simply copied these into the directory on 10.5

But i still cannot see my address book, is this the correct way or is there an easier way? , thx

Have a look at this link from Apple on backing up Address Book:-

Following that document, u need a .mac account to use the backup application, which I do not have!
