Hi
I'm a fairly new Mac user with my much loved Mac Mini running Leopard.

I've accumulated a stack of back up CD's which contain all sorts of stuff and pictures over the last 5 years.
Before I clear them out, what I'd like to do is find some software which will run through a CD and copy any picture file it finds to a folder.
All my images will be either Jpegs/Tiff/BMP/NEF/AVI/Photoshop files...

Just looking for the most efficient way of doing this..

Thanks for any help :)

I would make a new iPhoto library. For each CD create a new Album in the iPhoto sidebar. Then drag the each CD into the album. Let iPhoto do the work for you. (i don't think it will do NEF or AVI though).

To really capture everything, I'd use two Searches on the volume...
attachment.php

One search for images (shown) and another for Movies (is an option in the pulldown).
