Any Free Unix Web Domain Sites?

I'm trying to build my own irc server but I need to create a sub domain but it's very hard to find free unix web domain site. If anyone has any suggestions it would be a great help and thanks in advance.

I'm a new mac user that uses Colloquy to chat on irc which I find very cool but now I want to build my own server. If anyone has their own irc server or has any knowledge towards this subject it would be very helpful and thanks in advance
