When ever I put something in the trash I say empty then it asks me are you sure you want to do this. Is there away to bypass this cause it really gets annoying.

You can do it easily.

From the Menu Bar, go Finder> Preferences and go to the Advanced icon. In there you can deselect "Show warning before emptying the Trash."
