Changing folder icons

i just downloaded some new icon pictures off apple's website and now after about 10 min of trying to figure out what to do i have to resort to asking somebody for help.

thats what i downloaded. and when im in the finder i can right click on the folders, but im not sure what to click in order to change the icon.

What I used to do...
Do a copy (apple+c) on the icon you want to use.
Do a Get info for the folder you want to change.
Click on the pic of folder.
Paste. (Apple+v)

this is any easy way to change any icons on any of your app folders, also it can change finder icon,and trash icon.

Hey thanks to everyone. For the idea, icons, instructions on how to install them and the program to do so! This thread has been a gold mine.
