HELP! Photoshop CS2

HELP!!!

photoshop CS2 opens fine on my 24" imac no problem, but when I try to open a file - "file" - "open" - the spinning wheel of doom comes up and in force quit, photoshop shows as "not responding"

Can anyone suggest a fix?

I've got jobs coming out of my eyes and am panicking!

Also, I can't save files as photoshop PDFs anymore, when I try I get a programme error message

My first suggestion would be to restart your computer, but I'm sure you've already tried that...

Sounds like you're having multiple issues. Maybe it's time for a reinstall?

Take it you have uninstalled and reinstalled cs2 sometimes that fixes the problem, I had a similar problem with firefox and that did the trick.
