I'm trying to install Vista from a CD but when I restart my Macbook Pro and either hold down c, shift, or option - command - shift - delete nothing happens and I just get taken to the regular log in menu. Does anyone know why I'm not being taken to the CD Boot mode or the Safe Mode menu? I tried 2 cds, one with Vista in a .iso format and one with the .iso unzipped. PLEASE HELP!
