Entourage: Time Zone

Whenever I try to create an event on my calendar my timezone is set to Tijuana but it displays my time zone which is eastern time, Howe can I make Eastern time automatically be the default time zone so I dont have to change it for each event I create?

I was having this same problem. Open Entourage and click on Entourage at the top and choose Preferences. Under General Preferences, click on Calender. You can change the default time zone for new events there.
