Migration assistent problems
Hi all!
I just bought a new lovely MacBook, and I wanted to transfer all my stuff from my ooooooold PowerMac G4 to it... So I got my paws on a FireWire cable with 6 pin connectors in each end, great, it fits
But when I reboot my old mac like the assistent tells me to, and the firewire icon appears on the screen... NOTHING! Did I do something wrong? My Macbook just tells me that it is waiting for my old mac to restart.... Odd
HALP!
PS my PowerMac has Tiger and my MacBook has Leopard
