Ok, so this morning I wake up to find my dock has been altered. I have no idea what is going on as it was fine when I went to bed last night, but this morning it has changed into almost a complete mirror. See picture below. The line separating stacks and applications also seems to have disappeared.

This is the damaged dock

This is the normal one, for reference

Do you guys have any idea what's going on?

I made my dock that way. I think it looks better. But that's just me personally.

Try opening Terminal and typing "killall Dock" (no quotes) and then enter.
