Make Icons bigger?

I was wondering if there was a way so that I could make certain icons bigger than other icons. The icon sizes are preset, but is there a way that I could make some of the icons bigger?

Each open window, or the desktop can have its own custom icon size, so you can do this on a folder basis but not individual icons within a window
