how to burn an iso?

ok, so i downloaded an application that was contained in a .rar file.
i proceeded to unrar it and it left an .nfo, .svc, .dmg, and many files ranging from .r00 to .r82
i am assuming these files are iso's (but please correct me if i am wrong).
as far as i know, the file is about 7gb and i am supposed to burn the file into a DL DVD.
does anybody know what i need to do? and what application i should use to accomplish this?
