iCal send email to mail?

I was wondering if there was a way for when there is an event coming up in ical, a email will be sent to my email to remind me?

Yes. Click the event you want to be emailed about, then open the Info drawer. There's an alarm option; one of the choices is email. You need to have "You" (which vcard you are) specified in Address Book for this to work. iCal will prompt you if you need to do this.

doing it one by one takes a long time. is there a way where I can tell all of them to send an email?
