boots on its own but not with parallels?

windows used to book with parallels, but i had to force quit the programme the last time i used it, the thing said it is safe to turn off your computer thouugh but now it says




however it boots on its own but this sucks because i need to run them at the same time in order to get a connection in windows
i've tried to reinstall parallels but to no arrival
