iSight camera problems on Mac Book Pro

Hi. I've just taken delivery of a new Mac Book Pro and the iSight camera wont work. I keep getting the message "Your camera is in use by another application"....even when no other application is running? Can anybody suggest a solution please?

If you still have problems I'd call Apple it's free if your Mac is new
