old blue blond iMac disk drive eats disk

Blue blond imac eat my OS disk while trying to reload operating system. Drive makes some bad noise at startup for 3-6 seconds and then nothing. Is there any manual way to eject the disk? Hidden paperclip hole? Maybe from inside the machine?
