If you buy it right now, there is a high likelihood of you getting 1.1.3 and a slight possibility of getting 1.1.2. Fortunately, you can downgrade either to 1.1.1.

We are not allowed to discuss jailbreak here at Mac-Forums. The OP could very well have been asking for a device that required a certain firmware, such as a GPS device, or for personal reasons, such as not wanting to run 1.1.2 as it seemed less stable than 1.1.1 and 1.1.3
