I know visual voicemail is different from standard voicemail, but I was wondering if the voicemail comes through via the regular method or they actually are data. The other day I was getting my messages and when I pushed on a message I got the circle icon animation that it usually shows when updating my email or loading a webpage.

If anyone knows for sure, let me know. I hope so. It would be nice not to have to burn minutes just to get messages.

It would only use minutes if you manually called and checked your voicemail (pshh, such an archaic system ;P)
