Hay all,

I have an issue with the trackpad/keyboard on my MacBook, they will disconnect then re-connect. As you go to use either the cycle starts again, eventually ending with them not being connected.

I have an early MacBook (1.83 DCore). The system works fine if I plug in an external KB & Mse and none of the other internal USB devices have a problem (at least not the Hardware Growl reports anyway).

Does anyone have any ideas? Or is it a "take it back to be repaired" job? :(

what do you mean by the will "disconnect then re-connect." Also, what do you mean by "the cycle."

Apologies, by dis/re connect I mean the reports I am getting from Hardware Growler. It is the same if I were to get a USB device and repeatedly plug it in and remove it (what I mean by the cycle).

I have gleaned this error report from system log

Code:
