Reinstalling deleted native applications

Hello,

I have deleted some native applications & utilities thinking I can easily reinstall them.

Because now I want to reinstall, I ran Optional Installs from the Mac OS X Install Disc, but it has options to install only some of the applications, not all of them.

How can I reinstall all the preinstalled Leopard applications & utilities?
