I've started downloading some of my favorite Youtube videos to watch offline or on my iPod, but the multiple step process of downloading/converting videos is a pain. I just tried this handy little free program and it worked like a charm. You don't even need to open your browser because you can search directly in the program and it automatically downloads/converts/imports videos into iTunes.
