Your Mac's Specs
iMac, iTouch, iPad, iPhone 3GS..waiting for iPhone5 or 6?
and I did search ;D

when adding new songs to the iPod you have to connect it to the computer, but in doing so it also charges the battery.. so do I wait until the iPod is dead? or just go ahead and do it whenever?? (wondering/worring about creating a memory battery life)

Thanks

The batteries in iPods don't have a memory like older Nicd batteries do. You can charge it whenever.
