How to convert my old WAB file to csv or vCard format?

Hi,

I have an old Windows Address Book (.wab) file and a new MacBook. Now I would like to use that address book on gmail, but it only understands csv format. Ive been looking for converters or instructions, but with no luck.

Maybe I should use someones PC/Outlook to first import the WAB and then export it as csv... But that would compromise security. Some of the addresses are private...
