Help with vnware fusion

Ok, so I have been using Vmware fusion to run windows xp on my mac so I can play some online games, but sometimes when I play I get the message across my entire screen prompting me that I need to restart my computer! it freezes everything? How can I fix this? Whats the prob? Any help would really be appreciated. Thanks

Is this an XP message or a OS X? It sounds like a downloaded update that it wants to apply. Have you done as it asks and then continued on? If you keep canceling it it may never resolve. Do as it asks and see what happens.
