I have a new IMac with Leopard. I'm having trouble getting it to download binary files, whatever those are.
It always asks if I want to save them, I say yes, then it puts something on my desktop that has zero KB in it.
Another frustration I am dealing with is my new LaCie Lightscribe labeler won't recognize the burner after I've installed all the stuff that comes with the disc. I have tried to update from the LaCie website, then it says I don't need and update, but every time I try to label with the Lightscribe program, it says I need an update! And round and round I go, ready to throw the thing against the wall.
I'd appreciate any help from this forum
