Data Recovery

Hello!

Does anybody know what is the most efficient way to recover deleted data from a mac? And by deleted i mean i accidentally deleted a whole folder with a bunch of stuff and then emptied the trash can. what software is good? Please help me - it's really important!

thanx! i came to the same conclusion myself after digging around a bit... i guess i'll go with data rescue.

DiskWarrior is supposed to be very good at data recovery. Although, I'm not sure if it applies to files that are deleted.
