A key on my keyboard is not working. I went to a certified apple technical support center (I don't live in the US and we don't have official Apple stores here) and they said that the whole keyboard should be replaced, that had my Macbook been older, they could have replaced the key, but not with the one I have. Why is this so? Is there anything else than can be done?
