Hi Everyone
1st post, hope its not TOO stupid!
Basically i brought a imac G5 about a year ago and it came pre-installed with final cut pro HD, Photoshop, in-design etc and im thinking of upgrading to the new 24 inch imac, my question is, is it possible to transfer the applications over to the hard-drive on the new mac? baring in mind i have none of the original disks or anything.

use migration assistant in Utilities

you will need a firewire cable - it will take you through the transfer steps
