Advice on iMac Webcam

Having recently bought a brand new iMac 2.0, and am a bit of a rookie when it comes to mac, I wondered if this is a site where i can ask questions about mac-related stuff?

If so, how can I have a video conference chat with someone with another mac computer or window based? Programs like MSN?

iChat is your ultimate video chat application. The other end will have to have iChat as well.

For now you can use .Mac accounts, aol and gmail with iChat. You can also use yahoo and hotmail and such, but that method is a little complicated.

I use skype to video conference with a friend who only has a windows computer

open up ichat, set up your account, their should be a video icon next to your buddy, just click that and away you go!
