Hi,

I was wondering if there was any way to use the iSight camera on my MB to work with MSN Messenger:mac (or maybe through iChat?)?

Thanks.

as in...I can video chat/conference with my MSN contacts via iChat?

nope only your ichat (.mac) or your AIM (if your outside the states like me that means an AOL instant messaging account) for some reason I presume the rivalry there is no way to add msn contacts to ichat

Yeah, I figured as much. I did some googling and nothing really turned up so thought I'd give it a try asking here. Trouble is, not many people have Macs -- especially with me, amongst my friends on 2 of us have Macs, so having iChat on and connected is usually pointless (for me at least).

iSight and MSN Messenger for Intel Mac's, How to do....

Download MSN Messenger 8 for Mac clicking this link:

RapidShare: 1-CLICK Web hosting - Easy Filehosting

Before installing:

Click right and open "Package Contents"

Open "Contents" then "Resources" and delete all files with the extension .Iproj

EXCEPT

en.Iproj

Then install the application en log out.

MSN should work...

If you have installed before the procedure above, and you only see numbers instead of text, you still can follow the steps above.

MSN Messenger works stable at my MacBook Pro with intel hardware and I did not have to change my language preferences.

I work with Dutch language Snow Leopard an iWork.

Good luck!
