I've got Myriad, which apparently isn't the one they use, but is identical. Can't remember where I got it from and if I paid for it - might have come with some software.

myriad is installed with os x, apple uses apple myriad, available only to specific employess and special people like my self.

thats not it, doesnt even look like it, and whys the one I have called Apple myriad and came with docs about not making copies of it from apple?

o wait, they do use that font for some stuff, but not on packaging like where it says ipod, etc.

I like apples font. It kind of looks like Arial just with a shadow. And that other ones is kind of ugly. Why would they sell a font for $22? Thats expensive for something so tiny!

While the file is tiny, it takes an awful lot of manual work to design and create a font.
