I have been unable to load the software for this product.
The installation disc calls for the authorization key and will not let you proceed without it. No installation key is supplied with the product.
I have twice spoken to Pinnacle on the phone, both after a 40 minute wait, to be told via email (no answers given over the phone) firstly that the product does not need an authorization key and secondly to send a screen shot of the authorization key page to them via an email address that would be sent to me. Needless to say no email arrived.
I have sent numerous emails to their support address but not a single reply.
Does anyone have experience of this product or of how to get a meaningful response from Pinnacle?
