Had checked numerous website also this forum and can't find a good solution.

I know that "WinClone" but this app only works on NTFS-formatted drives, not on FAT32. Carbon Copy Cloner seems to work but I am not sure it would give me a functioning restored drive.

Anyone know the best way to clone/backup a bootable FAT32 formatted drive containing Windows XP?

How comfortable are you with the Terminal commands? The unix/linux has native command "dd" which can be used to clone the disk/partitions formatted with any format. Though I have seen that the 'dd' command runs at much slower speed in Mac than in Linux. I have successfully cloned 47GB Vista partition once using this command. It can clone NTFS as well as MAC (HFS+). So you can use it....... besides it's free ;)
