I just noticed the .mac sync icon now appears in the menu bar. I don't remember doing anything to put it there and i cant figure out how to get rid of it. The only thing I have done recently is reinstall MS Office after Excel and Powerpoint mysteriously disappeared from my application folder today.

Anybody know how to make it go away???? i don't use a .mac account and I don't want it up there cluttering things up..

Any advice would be welcome!
