Hi there,

Apart from Finder Pref or View,does anyone know how to make it open in Column view every time, because my Mac 10.4.11 Intel will not hold to the view I want.

Its in Finder > Preferences

tick the box Open new windows in column view

Hi there,

In may original text I have said that the Pref & View part of Finder have been used but don't work consistently.
