Hello everyone.
I am an 18 year old college student who uses his MacBook Pro for everything.
I also have no money. It's a financial miracle that I was able to afford this computer, so I want to know what you do to make yours last as long as possible, software wise. I can't afford to buy anything else.
I used to use Onyx, but alas, no Leopard version to date. Currently I'm using a look-a-like program called "Ice Clean", and it's better than nothing. I also use Disk Utility to repair permissions and whatnot.
My question is what else should I do? How often should I schedule a maintenance routine? Tell me what you do. I love this machine and I want to keep it at fast and perfect as possible.
Thanks.
