Transfer from Transmission to Azureus?

hey all,

I am now convinced that Azureus downloads faster than Transmission. Although I hate the all Az setup, and love Transmission, the download speed is killing me!

I have a rather large download which I do not want to lose. Has anyone successfully transferred data/torrent between the two?

I tried with a test file, and Az duplicated the download folder than Transmission was using... any ideas? Thanks in advance..
