Oh Great...

another problem from my mac.

my capslock key is messed up so when u switch it on it types in lower case and when you switch it off it it types in caps. and the same with numlock... ANY IDEAS!?!?!

you could try going to your system prefs, then keyboard and mouse, then "modify keys..." and then restore defaults.

not promising anything, but it's worth a shot.

ha ha. sorry. that happened to me too once. a restart fixed it.

did the restore defaults and that didnt work... so ill try a restart...grrr!!!

First troubleshooting step to take with ANY computer weirdness:

Restart the computer

restarting worked, but now the whole of the top row of keys inc teh volume keys dont work. GREAT.

yea restart fixed this when it happend to my computer...
to get your keys back working...
1)open up "system preferences"
2)click "keyboard and mouse"
3)click the tab "keyboard"
4)uncheck "use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys"
