What is the best conversion software.... ease of use and such. I'm having issues with iTunes; when I try and use the iTunes Plus conversion option; it's only showing three songs (and I've got at least 6 gb of purchased music. I'm entirely ignorant when it comes to protected music (I don't really even know how to tell what is and isn't). However, I would like to put my music onto my cell (voyager)...
