Very, very basic web design question

I am new to the Mac.

I am trying to develop a basic web site and bought the iLife manual which contains iWeb.

Om page 419 it says "Drag the navigation menus down the page until it's 156 pixels from the top of the page."

I can't do it. I can't select the navigation menu. When I click on it, nothing happens. I can select other text boxes on the "Welcome" page but not the navigation menu.

I went through all the menus looking for some kind of switch that prevents the navigation menu from being moved but can't find anything that helps.

I also did many searches in the help sections and on the web and have been unsuccessful.

I ran into the same problem a while back I think I adjusted the header size and that moved the nav bar. I hope that can help you.
