Hi There,
I just found out that pro tools will not work with leopard.
because I'm new to all this stuff I did something real stupid and installed leopard.
Now I cant find my old disk to go back to the old OSx
How can I get back to what I had?
I'm not even sure what version I had of osx and pro tools le 7 was running fine it.

I need to go back.
Any help on getting back would be appreciate soooooo much.
Thanks, Darin

I guess you are looking at getting X.4 disks, formatting the drive and doing a clean install.

Personally I would get DiskWarrior 4 which is Leopard compatible. About same price as Tiger disks.

Send an email to the tech tools manufacturer advising of your diappointment. Enough complaints may get things going.

You can get a set of replacement 10.4 system discs for $40 from Apple (you'll need to call them directly).

...or you could always restore your system from backup. You did make a backup before you upgraded, right?

Good News - nearly. Tech Tool Pro has gone Leopard compatible. Alas the cost is $25.00 for the upgrade.
