I had to reinstall Leopard after several weeks working well.
Now, when I open Time Machine, all my backup folders say " The folder XXX could not be opened because you do not have sufficient access privileges" .
I have tried with different account names and installed again. But always the same problem.
Any suggestion how to solve this?
Thanks and regards

Did you use the "Restore with Time Machine" option while reinstalling?

Thanks for replying so fast specially today!
No I did a total clean install. When Leopard was installed, I checked fast Time Machine all seemed ok. Than I installed iLife and iWork, returned to check TM and here it started again. Only very few folders have the little panel access denied on the blue folders.

You should be able to change access using  i - if you are an admin user
