Drop now makes noise

2.0ghz 3gb Ram C2D Black Macbook
I dropped it about 3 feet onto carpet pretty hard fall the other day, and now it makes a whining noise (it didn't before). Any suggestions?

something must of came lose or got knocked out of place, I would try shaking it maybe it will go back.
